During this season of giving, we are running a campaign to raise the funds needed to bring the families of the 21 Egyptian martyrs to Jerusalem in 2023. Please consider contributing to make this trip possible, enabling these families to pilgrimage to their spiritual home next year.
In February of 2015, ISIS-affiliated militants brutally beheaded 21 men on a beach in Libya–20 of those men were Egyptian Coptic Christians, martyred for their faith in Christ. On a trip to Egypt in 2019, The Philos Project was privileged to meet with the families of these Coptic martyrs, to hear their stories and learn how we can support them. This community of heroic Christians communicated their one wish: to one day visit Jerusalem.
