You next step in advocating for pluralism in the Near East
The Philos Leadership Institute (PLI) is a 4-month long apprenticeship program for Christian leaders wanting to create a positive impact in the Near East and at home.
During the apprenticeship, you will study a theme surrounding Philos’ mission through virtual meetings and a two-week trip to the Near East with our Leadership staff.
What Happens After PLI?
By completing PLI, you will be equipped for real-world advocacy with training from experts and hands-on experience in one of the world’s most complex regions.
Who Can Join?
Graduates of Pathfinder and the Pathfinder Retreat between the ages of 20-35 are eligible to apply for the captone trip to the Holy Land.
